10°

today was 2nd day of duty.. and i was alone at station 1 :| :))
I always had a great experience in Station 1. q1 vs or maybe patients with tons of contraptions. things like that :)
soo i was actually excited to spend my day there :)
my Head nurse was Mam Cecile :) she reminds me alot of a more calmer Miss Judy :) she was really nice. during endorsements they toured me around the station (i think they thought i was really new to station 1 :P hahaha)
station 1 was super benign that day.
soo all they did was teach me all about discharging patients. doing Credit Memo's and also admitting some patients :) they staff there was super fun to be with. And Mam Ces was always game to do anything. The Doctors were also cool about things there. but i also knew that if the station was toxic.. it was really TOXIC! luckily today was super benign.
Mam Ces actually gave me a patient to handle. admit her, order all the labs and meds. chart everything :) it was okay. It felt great handle a patient on my own. doing what i know.
I kinda find it hard with someone "hovering" all the time. i felt nervous for some reason like im going to make a mistake or something. I like the guidance but it adds on the pressure :))

so at exactly 2 she let me leave the area :) i immediately went to get my NBI clearance. I got to the Municipal Hall around 2:30. the line to get your NBI clearance was EPIC! when i asked the OIC, "cut-off na! kota na!" so i went back to LPDH. actually i went to southville and got my good moral :) had it photocopied then went to lpdh to have my PE done :) Dr. Calabyo was super kulit :) he recognized me immediately. then i went directly to the nursing office to talk to mam Tina. I told her about the NBI thing. and Ms Jo approved my 2-10 on friday for me to have time to get my Nbi clearance :)

it was a tiring day. the duty was okay. the whole driving to LPMH then to SISC then LPDH was supeeeer tiring :)

when i got home, i ate dinner and had that awesome orange :D hahaha
